Nothing Has Really Changed Since Yesterday. . .

Nothing has really changed since yesterday.

I'm still craving bagels with cream cheese. I continue to make a mess in the kitchen when I eat. My profound disappointment with the government remains intact. My papers aren't finished yet and my cat makes me smile. The spider bite on my leg is about the same size today as it was 24 hours ago. Though my brother did well to suggest that rather than finish my midterms, I should instead focus my efforts on creating a some kind of radioactive serum to inject into the wound. Become Spiderwoman. He has such good ideas.

Really, I know no more today than I did two days ago, nor do I know any less. I haven't known anything concretely since the end of January. This is all just consistency in conjecture. And I used it as a bit as an excuse, perhaps, to not go to class today. But I'm trying to write despite my lack of motivation. I will keep working until all my assignments are done. That today is the same as yesterday doesn't make it any easier, but it doesn't make it more difficult either. And so it goes.
